Before whitening teeth at home, a visit at the dentist's is necessary. There,
an imprint of the dentition will be taken and later a dental technician will prepare
a special mask to be filled with whitening gel and placed on the teeth.

Enter gel into the mask. Use one 3 mm drop of gel for each tooth to be whitened.
Then put the mask on the teeth and remove any gel that's left. Leave the mask
on your teeth overnight. The first results will be visible after 2 nights
of repeating the process. The whitening should not be continued for longer than
a forthnight. The whitening result will be permanent.

The whitening process conducted under dentist's supervision is safe. The clinical
research confirms there is no danger of damage to the enamel. However, during
the process a temporary over-sensitiveness to thermal effects may appear. It goes
away as soon as the whitening process is complete.
As no research has been conducted on the influence of certain components
of whitening gel on foetus, it is not advised to use such gels during pregnancy.
Inflammatory states of mucous membrane and other soft tissue diseases
exclude the possibility of using whitening gels.
